A bridge construction method using a slab integrated girder unit is provided to construct a bridge simply, and to be effective and economic by minimizing the field work and overhead work for manufacturing a superstructure of a bridge. A bridge construction method using slab integrated girder units(100a,100b) comprises the steps of carrying a slab integrated girder unit which is manufactured in a precast segment integrated with a girder and a slab in a field and connecting at least two girder units horizontally in the field, placing the girder units connected with each other horizontally over the upper part of a substructure of a bridge, and integrating the girder units. |
