The spacer (1) has a recess (8) for discharging filtrate, and a supply unit for supplying non-filtrate. Upper and lower discs (20, 21) are connected with each other by bars, which define a non-filtrate conveying space. Each bar has a bulgy end (7) arranged at center of the spacer, and two sides, where one of the sides is larger than the other side. The non-filtrate conveying space opens out into an annular passage (22) e.g. rotary annular passage.
