A simultaneous forming roll forming apparatus and the method for progressing in one process are provided to the assembly of the shaped beam of 2 through the guide roll unit and roll welding machine and welding. A simultaneous forming roll forming apparatus comprises a 2 stage uncoiler(1) respective uncoiling the top coil(11) and lower coil(12); a straightener(2) opening the lower coil to the band phase upper panel(21) and down panel(22) of the flat board; a 2 stage roll former unit(R) in which a plurality of 2 short roll formers is arranged in a row; a guide roll unit(GR) consisting of guide rolls(41, 42) which decide on 2 to the pair in order to guide so that the top shaped beam(31) and lower shaping beam(32) be combined; a roll welding machine(5) which comprises the welding roll(51) in order to weld according to one side length direction of the lower shaping beam; and a round bender(6) consisting of a plurality of left and right curvature forming rolls for molding the fixation curvature in assembled upper and lower shaped beam.
