A hand-held oxygen inhaler is provided to prevent the suffocation accident while discharging the compressed oxygen of the container to the minimum. A hand-held oxygen inhaler comprises: an on/off valve(100) providing the compressed oxygen and combined with an operation lever(11) and a nozzle(12); a top body(10) having an operation bar(15) operated by the operation lever; an intermediate body(20) having an oxygen discharge maintenance unit(25); a bottom body(30) which is formed of upper and lower step holes, a blocking plate(35) inserted into a seating groove of the top, and in which a check valve(40) is inserted into a lower step hole.
