TURN FIN TYPE HEAT EXCHANGER

A turn fin type heat exchanger is provided to simplify assembling process by carrying out coupling regardless of the size of an outer periphery of a fin. A horizontal fixing element(40) is formed in a flat plate shape and coupled with a fin(30) wherein an outer periphery of the fin and a contact surface of the horizontal fixing element are coupled with each other by welding.
