A power generator includes a hydrogen producing fuel (220) and a fuel cell stack layer (230) that includes a proton exchange membrane. An anode layer (235) and a cathode layer (240) are disposed on opposite surfaces of the fuel cell stack (230). A super-capacitor layer (243) is integrated with the other layers and electrically coupled to the anode layer (235) and the cathode layer (240).
