A method of manufacturing a liquid fertilizer is provided to enhance a quality of the produced fertilizer and to enhance fermentation efficiency by adding an organic nutraceutical compound and photosynthetic bacteria. A method of manufacturing a liquid fertilizer comprises steps of: aerating-circulating material liquid injected in a material tank for 20~24 hours(S100); ejecting and sterilizing the circulated raw material through a UV disinfector and supplying a sterilized raw material to a mixed tank and a chemical solution tank(S110); dissolving a urea, a phosphoric acid, a potassium hydroxide, ferrous sulfate, a zinc sulfate, a manganese sulfate, a copper sulfate, a magnesium sulfate, a boric acid, a molybdate soda, a calcium chloride and an organic nutraceutical compound to a chemical solution tank(S120); transferring-supplying the mixed material dissolved in the chemical solution tank to the mixing tank and transferring-supplying the mixed material dissolved in the chemical solution tank to a fermentor if a temperature of a generated heat is lowered to 40‹C(S130); fermenting the mixed material for 10~12 hours while maintaining a temperature of 30~40‹C in the fermentor(S140); ejecting the fermented mixed material, transferring-supplying the fermented mixed material to an aging tank, irradiating a lamp and mixing-aerating heated air with the mixed material; ripening the fermented mixed material for 10~12 hours while maintaining a temperature of 20~30‹C(S150); and controlling a hydrogen ion concentration(pH) of the matured mixing material to 6~7.3 by filtering the matured mixing material through a filter, transferring-supplying a liquid fertilizer of which a hydrogen ion concentration is controlled in a reservoir, ejecting air and storing the liquid fertilizer(S160). |
