PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical tool with a temperature-sensitive coating layer, capable of introducing a sufficient dosage of medicine into a target region. SOLUTION: A coating layer is provided on an insertion member to be introduced into a celom. The coating layer has a temperature-sensitive polymer having a phase transition temperature being the same or a little higher than a body temperature and also has in a molecular chain at least one of a photoreactive group, an epoxy group, an isocyanate group and an acid anhydride group, and contains a reactive polymer having good compatibility with the temperature-sensitive polymer. The coating layer is gelled. Further, the coating layer contains medicine in delivering medication. |
