A capacitor is provided to equip a dual safety system of a breaker and fuse film so that explosion or fire of capacitor due to abnormal supply including high voltage or high-current is prevented. The capacitor(10) comprises a case, an insulator film, a connector area and a breaker. The case(100) forms an outer shape. The insulator(102) like epoxy is equipped between the case and film(200). The film is composed of dielectric so that electric charge is charged or discharged. The connector area(110) in which external power supply is applied is equipped in order to be protruded to the outer side of the case. The breaker(300) is equipped between the film and a connector area and blocks overvoltage or excess current when overvoltage or the excess current is applied at the connector area. The film is composed of a cell type and each cell is connected by a fuse film.
