<p>An electronic filament quality monitor has a photoelectric measuring pickup which controls via an amplifier a cutter knife. The measuring pickup is connected in parallel to a field-effect transistor which keeps, independent of any quasi-stationary changes by voltage fluctuations, the electric parameters of the pickup constant. The field effect transistor controls an operational amplifier with a desired value setter on its inverting input acts as a comparator.</p> |
