Agents for combatting skin disorders such as dandruff, acne, allergic eczema and eczema vulgaris, fungal infections of the feet, paradontosis, catarrhal diseases of the respiratory tract, carcinomas in humans (when administered as a drip infusion) and cankers of trees consist of an aq. soln. of 200-500 g (pref. 370.0 g) 55% H3PO4, 5-10 g (pref. 7.4 g) Fe (calcd. as the metal), 6-12 g (pref. 9.9g) Zn (calcd. as the metal) and 3-7 g (pref. 5.3 g) Mn (calcd. as themetal) in water to 1000 g. The agent is produced by diluting the H3PO4 with ca 100 cm3 water, dissolving Fe metal in the soln. until no more will dissolve, diluting again with about the same vol. of water, dissolving the metallic Zn, diluting with ca 5-20 vol.% water, dissolving the Mn in the form of Mn (II) carbonate, and making up to final vol. with water.
|
