1406559 Centrifugal pump H WERNERT & CO K G 6 Dec 1973 [19 Dec 1972] 56551/73 Heading F1C A suspended centrifugal pump comprises a shaft 1 driving an impeller 3 both made of plastics material and a pump support/casing 12 including a tube 7, flanges 10, 11 and a discharge tube 6, the support/casing 12 being injection moulded from plastics material. It is formed as two halves 12', 12" subsequently welded together. The support/casing has a reinforcing rib 13 and a pin 14 which locates the bottom part 5 of the plastics casing. A threaded plastics cap 16 secures the bottom casing 5 to the support/casing 12. |
