<p>The electrodes are circular-ring sectors with a rectangular cross section and the cleaning element is an abrasive sanding element. The sectors are coaxial with a shaft holding the sanding element and are each embedded, apart from an axial end face, in an insulating body. The free axial end faces of the sectors and an end face of the insulating body form a common surface, against which the sanding element is pressed by a spring. The insulating body has inside its end face an area on which the sanding element can bear without touching the free end faces of the sectors.</p> |
