<p>A thread guide on textile machines, esp. texturising machines for yarns with high resistance to bending, brittleness and low elasticity, such as glass or metal fibres, etc has in the line of motion following a normal tensiond device, before and behind the nozzle of a texturiser, a series of grooved guide rollers and at the winding point, a traversing guide with a roller free to rotate the alter its angle on a bearing to suit the line of the thread running from the directional rollers on to the package. Prevents frequent yarn breakage and constant stoppages for cleaning due to the creation of fly and dust.</p> |
