Mechanism for using or treating a powder material in an electrostatic field comprises a pin at one end of a main body connected with a screw conveyor of insulating material rotating inside the main body, and an atomizing electrode fitted at a final outlet of the main body. The powder material is fed into th atomizing electrode and the screw conveyor and the main body build up a route passage for feeding the powder material into the atomizing electrode. Used for coating a pipe with electrified powder material to pipe line.
