The shaft is mounted in the axle of a circular housing and diagonal arm is fixed to the shaft. On both ends of the arm are bolted two pivot-mounted flyweights and a projection piece is on the outside of one flyweight. The inside of the housing has a number of stop-pieces around it and the flyweight extends into a piece beyond the bolt, to which piece is hinged one end of a rod running parallel to the arm. The other end of this rod is hinged to the flyweight. On the side of the arm opposite the bolt is a tension-spring bolted to the other flyweight. The other end of the tension spring is fixed to a short side-arm of the arm.
