The integrated MOSFET pulse generator has a cross-coupled flip-flop (1, 2) each of whose MOSFETs is drain-source shunted by a control MOSFET (5, 6) Load MOSFETs (3, 4) are coupled into the drain circuits of the flip-slop's MOSFETs.
