The pneumatic circuit contains a sliding vane air motor (1) with three inlet ports supplied by three inlet pipes (2, 3, 4) from a distributor (21). The air is exhausted from the motor through the outlet pipe (5) where the air is accelerated by passing through the nozzle (22) into the expansion chamber (23). Air is drawn from the expansion chamber (23) by the exhauster-compressor (24) and delivered through the non-return valve (25) into reservoir (26) at its initial pressure so that it can once more be fed to the motor (1). It is claimed that this arrangement of pneumatic motor and exhauster-compressor operating in a closed circuit increases the motor output and reduces the air consumption.
