Function supervision for switching circuits - current indicator is inserted into supply circuit for low current operation

Function supervision arrangement is for switching circuits of low current operation, particularly for complementary MOS switch integrated units. Into the supply connection (H, L) of the switching circuits to be supervised (B) a current indicator (J) is inserted. A resistance (R) connected in the supply connection (H, L) may be used for this purpose and may have a non-linear characteristic. It may be furnished by a resistor (R) inserted in the supply circuit (H, L) to which there is connected a diode (D) in parallel. Each current indicator (J) may be furnished with a respective amplifier. There may be a cyclical arrangement for connecting a common amplifier to a number of respective current indicators (J), each supervising an associated switching circuit.
