The packing is for items such as wristwatch straps etc., it has a deep-drawn base which is divided into compartments for the straps and it has means for securing them in place. Rigid plastics sleeves (14), open at the front and/or rear end which are of rectangular or circular section and are at least partly transparent, accommodate the items (13), and there are bosses (15, 16) which are provided on the inside walls of the base, and which engage in the ends of the sleeves and are used for securing them in place. The bosses can be integral with the base walls.
