<p>The steam condensation cleaning system for ampoules has a driving rotor for the ampoules and baths divided into compartments with wash fluid feed and offtake and heaters for the ampoules during the washing procedure. The rotor (6) is vertically mounted and fitted with drivers (27) to carry the ampoules round, each driver surmounted by a heater (43). The heater forms a hollow cylinder which moves up and down to sit on the ampoule as required. Each bath (12) is placed below its driver and consists of two compartments (a, b) and can swivel and move up and down as mounted on the main rotor (6). Preferably the drivers which carry their ampoules upright and singly are capable of radial movement.</p> |
