Cpds. of formula (I) are new: (where R1 is H, F, Br, Me, MeQ MeS, NO2, CN or Cl, provided the following substnts. and indices do not represent, simultaneously: A = methylene R2 = H, R5 = carboxyl, M = 2 and n = 0; R2 is H or F; R5 is H, Me, hydroxymethyl, carboxyl, 2-7C carbalkoxy substd. by MeO, 3-7C carbalkenyloxy, 8-13C carbaralkoxy, phenoxycarbonyl or pyridylmethoxycarbonyl, or carbamide substd. by one or two 1-3C alkyl or phenyl, or morpholinocarbonyl, piperidinocarbonyl, thiomorpholinocarbonyl, (1-oxydothiomorpholino)-carbonyl or (1, 1-dioxydothiomorpholino)-carbonyl; A is methylene substd. by one or two 1-3C alkyl, hydroxymethyl, hydroxymethylene or carbonyl; n is 0-3; m is 1 or 2), as are the diastereoisomers, optically active antipodes and when R5 is carboxyl, their physiologically acceptable salts with mineral and organic bases. (I) have antithrombotic, hypocholesteremic and hypotriglyceremic activity. Unit doses for adults are 5-100 mg. |
