Tractor attachment for combined ploughing and harrowing - uses gears on side of rear wheel to drive harrow tines which are adjustable for height in frame

The attachment is mounted in a tubular frame attached to the side of the tractor. This frame is adjustable for height and carries a shaft fitted with tines for harrowing, permitting this operation to be done at the same time as ploughing. The end of the tine shaft is retained in the frame, the other end terminates in a pinion gear wheel. This is in mesh with a ring gear, having internal teeth and mounted on the side of the tractor rear wheel. Another pinion and similar ring gear complete the train, which supplies the motive power to the harrow.
