A weight control and compression process for flocked or fibrous materials is claimed, where the surplus from a theoretical total material wt. is fed through a bypass channel to be passed in batches to control the weighed material. The batches are weighed in either a compressed or uncompressed state, while the surplus material is carried in an uncompressed condition. The design reduces the height of the equipment, cuts down operating costs and simplifies the process stage of mfr.
