<p>The steel reinforcement bar is bent around pegs on a parallogram linkage frame. Bodily rotation varies the links' angular lie. Four pivotted links (2), (3), (4), (5), turn around a sun gear (19) on a crossbar (15). The reinforcement stock (25) forms on pegs (10), (11), (12), (13).
