The device consists of a releasable middle plate, intermediate plate (n) and outer plate (n) inserted into a bee-hive. The honey from the bees is introduced into the chambers bounded by the intermediate chambers formed by the intermediate plate. The unseparated honey in the chambers is thus brought out of the chambers. Middle plate, intermediate plate and outer plate are then released from each other and separated and the honey is taken out of the chambers. The pure honey thus obtained is then packed without further handling or treatment. The outer plate (22, 29) has recesses which can accept the outer ends of the intermediate walls, with holes to introduce the honey.
