The adjustment circuit output signal is proportional to an input signal and depends on a control signal. The differential amplifier has two transistors whose collectors are connected through a load resistor to a voltage source, emitters to the voltage source other terminal, and bases to the input signal source. The output signal is collected from collectors, and their collector-emitter current is controlled by the control signal. The emitter-collector paths of two further transistors (T3, T4) connected as diodes serve as input resistors for the differential amplifier transistors (T1, T2). All transistors are made of the same semiconductor material.
|
