A temperature-responsive element 90 may also control the bellows 52. The damper is of elliptical configuration with a central resilient layer projecting beyond outer plates. Pockets on the outer members of the bellows engage fixed plates 54, 66 and a movable plate 46 connected by links 36, 40 to the butterfly which occupies an inclined position in the conduit when closed.</p> |
