Stereoscopic cine photography and projection, consists of shifting the individual takes of phases (G & D) w.r.t. time as well as to space. When projecting the film, use is made of a surface (Mi) whose reflecting power is only used intermittently, to allow the light rays to pass the remainder of the time and which is inserted at 45 deg. to the direction of the rays. A fixed reflecting surface (Mf) is also used parallel to the first surface (Mi). The first surface (Mi) could be a mirror in conjunction with a guillotine, disc or slide.
