The flow time for beaker filling is determined in relation to the filling level in the storage tank by electromechanical control system of the dispenser. The dispensing arrangement has outlet valve with air inlet hole and enlarged outlet end. After each beaker is fileld a current impulse sets on a step mechanism which is connected to a second step meachnism to an electromechanical counter with a repeater. An opening magnet is operated each time a beaker is filled. The pouring time is altered via a time switch after a predetermined number of beakers have been filled.
