Machine for assembling and glueing shoes - has sliding stretching head with pivoting jaws

The machine used for these operations includes a form for the assembly of the leg placed with the sole upwards with a stretching head having pivoting jaws to position the shoe's upper part vertically over the form. Under the latter is assembled the stretching head, on a slide moving in a direction perpendicular to the jaws for longitudinal stretching and shaping in the transverse direction. Some of the pivoting jaws are placed round the sole and are fixed in relation to the stretching head while the shoe pointing jaw is on an independent slide which may move under the form's nose.
