Treatment plant for high pressure vehicle wash - with solid matter and oils removed from dirty water before filtering for reuse

The plant is used to treat the water employed in a high pressure vehicle wash. It comprises a tank initially filled with water from the amins supply and pumped to the high pressure cleaning gun. Dirty water collects in a pit and is pumped upwards through a filter to remove large dirt particles. The water passes down a pipe inside the tank to emerge and separate, oils floating on top and solid matter settling on the bottom for later removal. The water, is recycled through another filter and float valves control the water level, permitting the oil to overflow.
