PURPOSE:To enhance the shock-proof poperties as well as to eliminate the relative position shift, and thus to increase the reliability, by providing a thick film metal plated layer at the substrate of the single crystal vibration bar and combining the vibration bar to the fixed material via the metal plated layer.
