The two sliding flanges(65) which support the cylinder shaft(64) are in direct contact with the blocks(79). The blocks are integral with the brackets which support the cylinder shaft (14). Two weak compression springs (86) are interposed between the two cylinder supports. The stiff springs(87) are interposed on the opposite side of the weak springs so that there is a positive pressure in one direction. Each of the coloured ink printers is associated with a pneumatic cylinder(110) which acts through the piston rod (111) onto the lever(112) coupled to the ink supply cylinder (47).
