Automatic roller bearing assembling machine - has combinations of alternately programmable interacting primary and secondary transfer mechanisms

The automatic machine which assembles roller bearings from elementary components (3), uses interacting primary (4) and secondary transfer mechanisms (12). The latter has a turntable (12) displacing relative to operational/control posts (8-11) and is incorporated on a control module (16). The mechanisms can be used in combinations which are reprogrammable to maintain production when individual modules are out of service. The primary mechanism (4) moves components (3) relative to a chute magazine (2), a discharge conveyor (20). The secondary mechanism (12) and its trajectory intersects that of the primary mechanism. Each module (16) has a drive (17, 18) for the turntable (12) and to programme the operational/control posts (8-11).
