The motor mounting is for electric razors and similar appts. On one side of the motor assembly are at least three projections (3, 4, 5) which are located by elastic bushes (11, 12, 13) in recesses in one half of the appts. housing (17). On the opposite side of the assembly a single projection (6) is provided on the axis through the centre of gravity of the plane defined by the projections (3, 4, 5). The single projection also has an elastic bush (18) which presses against the opposite half of the housing (19). The arrangement gives both vibration damping and easy location in the housing.
