Partially submersible floating body consisting of a watertight closed primarily ring-shaped container 1 with variable ballast 23 in its interior. On the holder is placed a stand structure 34, which consists of a number of columns 34, carrying on top a horizontal bridge 6. The holder 1 is bounded by an outer wall 35, which is made from a spherically curved envelope surface, whose geometrical centre α is situated on the axis of symmetry xx1 of the holder, and by an inner wall 36, which is made from a spherically curved envelope surface whose geometrical centre β is situated on the axis of symmetry. The centre of buoyancy C for the submerged portions of the container is situated on the axis of symmetry below said geometrical centres α β and the centre of gravity G of the container is situated below the centre of buoyancy C. <IMAGE> |
