PURPOSE:To provide a crew with an appropriate constraint condition all the time by movement with a seat for the crew when adjusting the location of the seat while positively supporting impact loads to a car body. CONSTITUTION:A laminar arm 20 is axially supported to character-like guide plates 34 by means of a fitting bolt 18, an inserting portion 46, to which a slender portion material 44 can pierce, is installed between the bent portions 42 of said plates 34 and an end surface of the arm 20 while a bowl 58 is axially supported to the plates by means of a pin 56, a ratchet 62 connecting with said bowl 58 is shaped to the arm 20, and backlashing is prevented when the arm 20 turns in the arrow head B direction, thus holding the location of revolution. Said arm 20 and plates 34 are integrally mounted to the side portion of a seat base 12 by means of fitting bolts 18, 36, and a buckle device 24 is installed to a free end of the arm 20 through an anchor 22 by means of a fitting bolt 26. |
