<p>PURPOSE:To remove out-of-order due to the deformation of arms, by caulking working earth portion materials and a bridge portion material bridging the portion materials through rivets, and by shaping long holes to the rivets in forms that the bottoms are not less than half the thickness of the bridge portion material and reach portions not more than tatal thickness. CONSTITUTION:An adapter 10 is arranged by a base portion 11 and arm portions 12, 13 extending in shapes that the portions 12, 13 span on an outer circumference of a disc, and inner and outer pad portion materials 14, 15 contacting with the inner flanks of the arm portions 12, 13 are subject to turning torque from the disc when a brake works. Each free end of the arm portions 12, 13 are connected by means of rivets 17 by bridge portion materials 16. Long holes 18 are mounted to the drum portions 17b of the rivets 17, the rivets are pressed into the arm 12 in a form that head portions 17a are downward directed, the rivets are loosely fitted to the bridge portions 16 while shaping voids alpha, and the long holes 18 are arranged in forms that the holes range within the thickness of the bridges 16 from the end portions of the drum portions 17b, thus eliminating out-of-order due to the deformation of the arms.</p> |
