PURPOSE:To simplify the shape of the conductor pattern and thus to facilitate an easy formation of the pattern by connecting one electrode of plural units of the light emitting diode element which are held between two insulator substrate and connecting the other electrode to the other conductor layer. CONSTITUTION:Opposing insulator substrate 15 one of which is made of the transparent material are provided, along with conductor layers 16a-16g provided on the opposing surfaces of the both insulator substrate plus light emitting diodes 21a-21g which are held between the both substrate. Layers 16a-16g provided on the opposing surface of substrate 15 made of the transparent material feature the light transmissible property, and those conductor layers to be provided on the opposing surfaces of the two insulator substrate feature the split structure at one side each, and one electrode of diode elements 21a-21g held between the both substrate is connected to one conductor layer each, with the other electrode connected to the other conductor layer respectively. Thus, the shape of the conductor pattern can be simplified with every panel, facilitating an easy formation of the pattern. |
