摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a means to efficiently use electric power without exceeding the power consumption at maximum demand by equally dividing the time equal to the cycle of the demand meter at the power supply side into multiple number of segments as a measuring cycle and storing in a memory the post power consumption corresponding to each segmented measuring cycle. CONSTITUTION:A time T equal to the cycle of a demand meter of a power company is equally divided into several segments as a measuring cycle Tc and the power consumption at each measuring cycle is measured and stored in a memory in a manner that the power consumption at a point A2 after a time Tc elapsed from a point A1, at a point B2 after a time Tc elapsed from a point B1, etc., and the accumulated power consumption at each point is obtained by adding each memorized consumption thereof in such manner as adding B2 on the line b to A2 on the line a, etc. which is then compared with the power consumption in proportion to the maximum power consumption corresponding to each elapsed time as a reference value for calculating the excess consumption to indicate remaining amount of power and time for highly accurate and efficient demand monitoring and controlling in order to effectively use the electric power.
