PURPOSE:To ensure supply of the steady bias voltage of a desired level and with temperature compensation given through a constitution composed of the 1st transistor Tr connected to the power source via the collector, the 2nd Tr with the emitter earthed plus three pairs of diode groups respectively. CONSTITUTION:The collectors of plural units of 1st TrQ5 of Darlington connection are connected to the power source, and the emitters are earthed via resistance R8 and 1st diode D7. The power source is connected to the collector of 2nd TrQ6 via resistance R4, plural units of 2nd diode D5 and plural units of 3rd diode D6. The emitter of TrQ6 is earthed, and the base is connected to the junction of resistance R8 and diode D7. Diode D6 is connected in parallel to resistance R6 and R7, and the junction of R6 and R7 is connected to the base of TrQ5. In such constitution, the number of the units of diode D5 and D6 plus the value of resistance R4, R8, R6 and R7 are selected so that the fixed formula may be satisfied. Thus, the temperature compensation is given to bias voltage V0 supplied from output terminal 12, ensuring the supply of the voltage of a desired level. |
