A pair of terminals having wire-receiving slots are mounted in back-to-back relation in an insulating housing having slots aligned with the terminal slots. The housing slots have resilient constrictions preferably defined by fingers retaining wires in the slots. The connector preferably has a base of reduced width and is moulded onto a carrier strip for automatic feed in wire connecting apparatus.
