Automatic carburettor choke flap control - has step motor actuated by temperature dependent impulses

The choke flap and throttle valve linkage is actuated by a step motor (5) via a torsion springs. The step motor receives impulses from an impulse transmitter (15) working at a fixed frequency determined by a fixed resistance (16) and a capacitor (17) via a contact breaker (19a) regulated by an actuator (19) whose frequency is controlled by a resistance whose value is varied by engine temperature. The choke flap is opened at a speed corresponding to engine temperature increase rate.
