CONSTITUTION:The excitation electrode 9 is provided over the bevel part 10 and the oscillator major plane, and the ratio of the oscillator major plane length 11 to the oscillator length 14 as 0.32 to 0.68 and the ratio of the bevel part remaining thickness 12 to the oscillator major plane thickness 13 as under 0.4. |
