PURPOSE:To realize reduction of the element area, the offset of the amplifier and the power consumption each by constituting the amplifier only with I<2>L. CONSTITUTION:PNP transistor Tr1b and NPNTr1a, PNPTr2b and NPNTr2a and PNPTr3b and NPNTr3a form I<2>L each. Tr1a posseses the multi-collector and performs feedback from the collector output to input through the current mirror structure, thus securing an automatic setting for the input bias point. In this constitution, a small value can be set as 0.1muA and 2mV or so each for the offset current of the input current-to-output voltage characteristics and the offset voltage of output voltage VOUT-to-input voltage DELTAVBE characteristics respectively. Also, a sufficiently high gain is secured at the area where the output voltage changes, thus showing the satisfactory performance as an amplifier. |
