An attachment which is fixed to an animal's ear to hold a cup of medicamentary substance in contact with the skin. The cup is continually pulled towards the skin by tension on a stud which passes through the ear to engage a retaining member. The cup is made of elastically-deformable material, e.g., PVC, the retainer is of smaller dia. than the interior of the cup so that the ear rises slightly into the cup. The retainer is in the form of an elastically deformable cup, radially slotted to make a multi-leg spider with pref. between 3 and 16 lebs.
