PURPOSE:To obtain a strap of good welding, by means of casting the strap in a strap constructing concaved part, partitioned and formed in a manner with a hot melting fluid made flowing in the casting mold recessed surfaces, after immersing the point end of plate lug group to apply a heat, to cease the flow of the hot melting fluid. CONSTITUTION:With a lug group of plate soaked in molten lead, poured into a cast 1, the molten lead is solidified to construct a strap in one unit. At this time, to concaved surfaces of the cast 1 is supplied a hot molten fluid through a supply pipes 5 from a not molten fluid source 2 of lead to construct a flow of the molten fluid. In the recessed surfaces of the cast 1, where the molten fluid is flowing, the point end of the plate lug group, placed on a mounting base 8 and up-down moved, is soaked and heated. Thereafter, with a soaking made to a described thickness and the flow of the hot molten fluid stopped, the molten fluid is cooled and solidified as a partitioned strap constructing concaved part, and the lug group and strap are constructed in one unit. At the other end of the cast 1 is provided a return path 7 to the molten fluid source 2 through an overflow wall, and to the mounting base 8 is up-down movably installed a plate 11 for stopping the flow of the molten fluid. |
