PURPOSE:To obtain a turntable driving device featuring a reduced amount of wow and flutter plus a small torque by giving a floating support to the magnetic rotor of a disk shape and the fixed-side DC electromagnet with control of the gap length. CONSTITUTION:Axle 9 is supported by bearing 2 freely and vertically, and DC electromagnet 6 and armature core 5 are provided to case body 1. And 3-phase armature winding 4 is wound round core 5. Disk-shaped rotor 7 is provided in opposition to magnet 6 and unified with turntable 10 via axle 9. At the same time, rotor 3 of a permanent magnet is provided to axle 9 in opposition to core 5. The sucking force of magnet 6 is controlled while measuring the length of the gap between magnet 6 and rotor 7 by displacement gauge 8, and thus rotor 7 is set at a fixed height. Both core 5 and rotor 3 are the contactless motors and controlled to give rotations to rotor 7 with a fixed speed. Owing to this non-contact structure, table 10 can feature a silent turn. |
