PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of excessive stress concentration in the device by using long-length constituting members provided with floats. CONSTITUTION:Long-length horizontal pipes 13 (paddle members) provided with downward nozzles 14, horizontal nozzles 15, etc. are provided to a rotary support 12 which is provided to the bottom of a storage vessel 11. Closed pipes 17 as floating bodies are provided to these horizontal pipes 13. Excessive stress concentration is prevented by the buoyancy action of these closed pipes 17. |
